gametracker.com doesn't recognize that I changed my server name

I'm renting a "7 Days To Die" server through plugpayplay.com. I changed my server name to "GameTrackerClaimServer" but the name of my server shows up as the default name given to me when I first rented the server. My server name shows up in the 7 Days to Die server list correctly but it's like gametracker.com doesn't recognize the server name has ever been changed. Is there anything I can do or do I need to contact plugpayplay about it?

Have you tried restarting the server?

Are you updating the correct server name line? Do you have the option listed twice? Is the name line formatted correctly?
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

I have restarted the server but it didn't make a difference. I'm confused because the config.xml file is absent on my server ftp files, not where it's supposed to be. Instead of an xml file to edit, there is a configuration editor on my control panel. It has all the info that the xml file should have, but instead it has dropdown menus and text boxes. Could that be my problem? The lack of a config.xml to edit, or it being located in a different spot?

Not sure. It may be best to contact your provider as I don't know their system.
